Hardman Throws Shutout as Murray Spartans Varsity Defeats Skyline
Jake Hardman didn’t allow a single run as Murray Spartans Varsity defeated Skyline 1-0 on Tuesday. Hardman allowed just two hits and struck out J Jensen to end the game.
Murray Spartans Varsity didn’t take the lead until later in the game. Jayden Sinju singled on the first pitch of the at bat in the sixth inning, scoring one run.
A single by G Parcell in the fourth inning was a positive for Skyline.
Jake Hardman earned the win for Murray Spartans Varsity. He went seven innings, surrendering zero runs, two hits, and striking out six. Parcell took the loss for Skyline. He threw six and two-thirds innings, giving up one run, three hits, and striking out four.
