The Lady Spartans played Alta in a first round matchup of the state playoffs. It was a hard fought game by both teams with Murray earning the win and moving on to the second round in a shoot out. The lone goal for Murray in regulation was scored by Kylee Thomson on an assist from Sailor Jensen. Alexis Bates kept Alta from scoring on all three of their shots in the shoot out. Haylie Jensen, Sammie Sofonia, and Hannah Lee all put away their shots in the shoot out.

Next up Murray has Roy at home in their second round game. Kickoff is Thursday, October 11th at 4:00pm.
